Jewelry and Bank Building Revamp

Jewelry and Bank Building Revamp, Cyril’s Bankers and Jewelers, owned by Smt. Emmy Augustus is situated on Maulana Azad Road, right across from M.M. High School in Panayapally. The establishment recently underwent a significant renovation, transforming a three-story structure into a modern marvel of design and functionality.

Structural Enhancements

The renovation began with a comprehensive structural overhaul. We reinforced the existing building, which had R.C.C. raft and beam foundations, with an R.C.C. framed structure. This involved the installation of sturdy columns, beams, and slabs, ensuring the building’s long-term stability and safety.

Modern Roofing

One of the notable improvements was the installation of a new roofing system. We chose aluminium roofing sheets to cover the roof, providing enhanced durability and weather resistance. This not only safeguards the interior but also adds a sleek and contemporary touch to the building’s exterior.

Flooring Transformation

Inside the building, the flooring was given a fresh look with the use of high-quality vitrified tiles. This not only enhances the aesthetics but also ensures a durable and low-maintenance surface for daily operations.

Exterior Elegance

To elevate the building’s exterior appearance, exterior wall tile cladding was introduced. This decorative addition not only adds visual appeal but also reinforces the building’s protective shell, offering both style and substance.

Greenery Integration

The renovation project also included provisions for a garden area. This green space not only contributes to the aesthetics of the structure but also fosters a pleasant and inviting environment for both customers and employees.

Solar-Powered

Cyril’s Bankers and Jewelers proudly powers its operations with solar energy. We strategically placed solar panels to harness the power of the sun, reducing the carbon footprint and promoting sustainability.

Smart Technology

The bank and jewellery store have also embraced modern technology. Remote control electrical switches provide convenience and energy efficiency, allowing for easy management of lighting and other electrical systems.

Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity ensures seamless communication and access to digital resources.

In conclusion, the renovation of Cyril’s Bankers and Jewelers has transformed the establishment into a contemporary and sustainable space. With structural enhancements, modern roofing, stylish flooring, and a focus on greenery and technology, this establishment stands as a shining example of blending tradition with innovation in the heart of Panayapally.
