- External walls feature double-coat sand-faced cement plastering with a waterproofing compound, painted with weatherproof cement paint.
Flooring
- Laminate wooden flooring graces the bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room, and changing room.
- Adorning the lobby, corridor space, entrance, and staircase with Black Slate Stone/Grey Granite.
