RCC Quantity Calculator can be used to calculate the required quantities of Cement, Sand and Crushed Stones during the casting of beams, slabs and columns.
This tool is designed to assist both professionals and DIY enthusiasts in determining the exact amount of materials needed for various concrete construction projects. The RCC Calculator works by considering the volume, ratio, and type of concrete mix you’re planning to use.
The calculator allows users to input their project’s specific measurements such as length, width, and depth. From there it uses predefined ratios for different types of RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) mixes – usually in the format cement:sand: aggregate.

Example for Calculating the Quantity of Materials In 1 CUM of Concrete.
Consider concrete with mix (M15) of proportion 1:2:4 = 7 where, 1 is part of cement, 2 is part of fine aggregates and 4 is part of coarse aggregates of 20mm Size. 7 is the Sum of ratio. We assume the bulk density of Cement as 1440 Kg/m3, Sand = 1450 Kg/m3 and Coarse Aggregates as 1500 Kg/m3.
Dry Volume of Materials in 1 Cum of Concrete = 1 x 1.54 = 1.54
Formula for Calculation
Quantity of Materials in Kgs = Dry Volume of Materials X (Portion of materials in Ratio / Sum of Ratios ) X Density of Materials
1, Quantity of Cement in 1 CUM Concrete is = 1.54x 1/7 x 1440 = 316.80 Kgs
2, Quantity of Sand in 1 CUM Concrete is = 1.54 x 2/7 x 1450 = 638.00 Kgs
3, Quantity of Aggregates in 1 CUM Concrete is = 1.54 x 4/7 x 1500 = 1320.00 Kgs
