We manufacture many types of control panels for different applications. We have designed our own control panels or we use off-the-shelf products from other manufacturers. The type of product depends on what your needs are.

For example, if you need a simple switchboard with only one circuit breaker, then you would probably choose a standard wall box.

What are the uses of electrical control panels?

Electrical control panels are designed to provide installation and maintenance personnel with the ability to control various functions in an electrical system. These panels can be broken down into 7 types: line voltage, low voltage, bus bar, switchgear, motor control centre, power distribution panel, and MCC.

Each type has a specific purpose within the electrical industry. For example, a line-voltage (LV) panel controls all LV circuits while a high-voltage (HV) panel controls HV circuits.

A busbar panel provides access to multiple circuit breakers or fuses. Switchgear is used for controlling switches that operate equipment such as motors, transformers, etc. Motor Control Center (MCC) panels allow technicians to monitor and adjust operating parameters on large industrial machines like conveyors, cranes, presses, etc.

The above types of devices are typically installed in an enclosure with other similar devices. The enclosures may be mounted directly onto walls, ceilings, floors, racks, cabinets, shelves, trays, frames, brackets, supports, or any other suitable mounting structure.
