We have implemented a practical and prudent Health and Safety strategy that encompasses all levels within the company, from directors down to site operatives. Our workforce consists entirely of certified individuals who are guided by Qualified Site Managers in their respective teams.
To ensure awareness and compliance with method statements and risk assessments, site operatives undergo thorough briefings during their induction on each site, along with regular toolbox talks integrated into their weekly agenda.
We continuously strive for improvement in our Health and Safety Policy through regular updates so that we can effectively achieve our objectives. To stay up-to-date with best practices, all staff members actively participate in health and safety meetings while also receiving ongoing training off-site.
